Co-Owner, Certified ART Practitioner and Instructor
Gino Cinco, PT
Gino is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine. He is a certified ART® provider and instructor and has had the honor of using these skills on elite athletes at Ironman Events. He has done extensive post graduate coursework in manual therapy including Maitland and McKenzie approaches in addition to ART® and functional strength and conditioning. He specializes in biomechanics and enjoys helping patients get to the root of their problems. He has always been active in sports from track and wrestling in high school and college to recreational running and triathlon.

Renee Cinco, PT
Renee has been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in all areas of PT and specializes in pediatrics and pelvic floor dysfunction. She has experience as a certified Personal Trainer and has taught fitness classes for children and adults. She believes in the power of the body to heal when it is given the proper care and support. Renee uses a variety of techniques in addition to exercise including myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and biofeedback. Renee is a runner and triathlete and has completed dozens of races from 5K runs to full Ironman events.

Natalie Ruffe, PT, DPT, CSCS, Certified ART
Natalie is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Originally from Oregon, Natalie moved to San Diego to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Her passion lies with the orthopedics sports community with previous experience throughout the county, but truly enjoys the rehabilitation of all patients. Natalie enjoys incorporating specific goals and passions of her patients into the rehabilitation process making it a collaborative effort and identifies each patient as an individual requiring their own, unique rehab protocol. Natalie has always been an avid athlete and enjoys playing tennis, beach volleyball, skiing, and running.

Jessica Wu, PT, DPT, Certified ART
Jessica is an orthopedic and sports physical therapist from San Diego. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health at UCSD and spent significant time working with D1 athletes when she was receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Duke University. With a passion for sports and a strong understanding of the human body, Jessica is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels rehabilitate from injuries and reach their maximum potential. She approaches care by working alongside her patients to achieve their goals and prevent reinjury in the future. She loves playing a variety sports, trying new things, and meeting new people. When she is not at the clinic, she loves to play soccer, run, travel, read, go to the beach, volunteer, and just be outdoors!

Elizabeth Rucker, MSPT, Certified ART
Liz has a Masters Degree in Science of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Physical Therapy School and she has specialized in outpatient orthopedics most of her career. Liz has furthered her studies with specialized training in pelvic PT and has experience working with prenatal and post partum women, women with pelvic pain or incontinence and children with bowel and bladder issues. She enjoys working with the active aging population here in San Diego as well as athletes of all ages. When she is not at work she can be found participating in local running races and triathlons or spending time with her husband and three kids.

Jennifer Gleim, PT
Jennifer has been a Physical Therapist for over 25 years. She received her PT degree from USC. She has spent most of her career specializing in orthopedics and pediatrics and now adult and pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction. She has experience with CRPS, limb lengthening and orthotics. She enjoys working with all populations with varying degrees of abilities and disabilities. When she not working she enjoys reading, gardening, going to the beach and participating in many activities with her 3 teenage boys.

Ayelet Keinan, PT, Dip. MDT
Ayelet is a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics, pelvic health, and children with bowel and bladder issues. She has experience treating pre and postpartum women, babies with Torticollis, adolescent scoliosis and has previously combined her PT work as a childbirth and Pilates instructor. Ayelet is passionate about helping her patients resume their highest functional abilities and believes every patient is important and unique and has their own special needs. This drives her approach to treating and helping them heal. She spends her free time with her husband and two kids, baking, running and traveling.

Elizabeth Scanlon, MOT, OTR/L
Lizzie has nearly ten years of experience in occupational therapy and specializes in pelvic floor therapy. She has a passion for collaborating with her clients and their families to develop greater insight into their bodies and how to support their well-being. She loves that her job allows her to work with people across the lifespan, from childhood into adulthood. She received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon. Before moving back to her hometown of San Diego, she practiced neurological and upper extremity rehabilitation. She also has experience with children in a variety of settings helping them with fine motor, play, and other developmental skills. Most recently, Lizzie has focused on pelvic health as well as upper extremity rehabilitation. Lizzie's most valued occupations outside of the clinic are running, swing dancing, paddle boarding, cuddling her cats, and working through a jigsaw puzzle.
